As we open our new Coventry office, we are looking for a Supported Accommodation Property Manager to become a valued member of our family.

This role begins as a part-time position, managing a growing portfolio of HMOs and intervention units for vulnerable adults with low-level support needs under Exempt Accommodation rules. As the portfolio expands, the role is intended to develop into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management

  • Manage a portfolio of HMOs and supported accommodation properties
  • Arrange regular property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and high standards
  • Handle inbound and outbound maintenance calls
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and internal maintenance staff
  • Coordinate repairs, safety compliance, servicing and maintenance
  • Ensure rooms and properties are ready for quick turnarounds
  • Produce job sheets for the maintenance team
  • Update internal systems with jobs and works completed
  • Complete general administrative tasks related to property management

Tenant Welfare and Support

  • Carry out regular tenant check-ins, wellbeing calls and basic welfare monitoring
  • Identify welfare concerns, safeguarding issues or additional support needs
  • Escalate issues to the support team or management as appropriate
  • Encourage positive tenancy behaviour and shared-living standards
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure tenant welfare


Who We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 1 year of property management experience
  • Experience in customer service or administration in an office environment
  • Confident, articulate and able to think quickly
  • Highly organised multitasker with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter capable of managing their own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic and comfortable engaging with vulnerable adults
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable

  • Experience with HMOs, supported accommodation or Exempt Accommodation
  • Understanding of safeguarding and working with vulnerable adults


Progression

This role begins as part-time, with a clear pathway to becoming a full-time position as the property portfolio grows.
