Sales Administrator

We’re working on behalf of a leading client in the engineering/manufacturing industry to recruit a Sales Administrator. This role is designed for someone eager to grow and develop in a technical sales environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical customer service and manage accounts.
  • Liaise with internal teams including engineering, operations, and production.
  • Support the Internal Sales and Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Generate quotations and process orders using ERP systems.
  • Respond to customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate customer training sessions and arrange in-house visits.
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional service at every stage.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical mindset – comfortable with technical concepts and drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail – accuracy is key.
  • Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and intermediate MS Office skills (Excel).
  • Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries is desirable.
  • Secondary language skills are a bonus!
