Support Worker / HCA (North West – Preston)

Location: Preston

Salary: £12.60 - £13.50 per hour

DBS Required: Yes (Children & Adults DBS)

Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate Support Workers/HCAs to join our team in Preston. You will be providing support to people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities in various settings such as home, supported tenancies, and residential care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centered care to individuals with a range of needs.
• Assist with personal care, medication, and day-to-day activities.
• Encourage and support independence while ensuring the safety and well-being of service users.
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
