Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Support training, development, and career growth initiatives
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
  • Handle employee relations and performance management
  • Ensure legal compliance and foster a positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven HR management experience with CIPD Level 5
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
