What you’ll do 

  • Lead Costa’s UK&I Social & Influencer Strategy – Develop and deliver annual, consumer-focused social media and influencer plans that drive profitable growth across Retail and Express, embedding the ‘Made with Heart’ brand platform into everything.
  • Shape Local Social & Influencer Campaigns – Create impactful UK initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring consistent, standout social content that connects with our audience.
  • Act on Consumer Insight – Own the market insight agenda to turn consumer understanding into actionable strategies, ensuring all social and influencer activity resonates and drives brand consideration, trial, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate & Influence Across Teams – Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and agencies to deliver seamless, integrated marketing campaigns to elevate Retail and Express platforms through social comms.
  • Drive Growth & Performance – Lead the always-on content calendar, manage budgets, and optimize social campaigns to increase brand awareness, market share, and return on investment while achieving UK&I business objectives.

Who you are 

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: 

  • Proven Social Media & Influencer Expertise. Demonstrable experience developing and executing consumer-focused social media and influencer strategies across paid and organic channels, ideally within a consumer brand environment.
  • Strategic Thinking & Campaign Leadership. Strong track record of leading integrated campaigns from concept to delivery, while driving measurable brand growth.
  • Data-Driven & Insight-Led. Skilled at using consumer insights, market research, and analytics to shape strategy, optimize campaigns, and deliver impactful social media activations.
  • Collaborative & Influential. Experience working across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Creative & Trend-Savvy. Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, digital technologies, and creative storytelling techniques, with a proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Location – Where you’ll work: 

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas. 

We’re excited to be moving into anew home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027– an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
