Now recruiting at our fabulous new, children's day nursery and preschool located in Banstead, Surrey! Our newest nursery is purpose built and includes a soft play area, separate baby unit and all of the latest equipment and resources. We have the following roles available:

Nursery Assistants (unqualified or apprenticeship position) - £20,000-£23,000pa, depending on age and experience

Nursery Practitioners (holding a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification) - £22,000-£26,000pa, depending on qualification level and experience

Room Leaders (holding a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification) - £26,000-£29,000pa, depending on experience

The Nursery Assistants / Nursery Practitioners duties involve;

• Assisting the Room Leader and Nursery Management in providing day to day happy and high-quality childcare.
• Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.
• Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
• Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.

The ideal candidate will;

• Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
• Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS) (desirable)
• Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five. (desirable)
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (highly desirable) - we are happy to take on unqualified staff with Childcare / Nursery experience, or who are keen to train and gain qualifications.
• Be able to work well in a team

The above roles and salaries are based on a full-time employee. Full time hours are Monday to Friday. We do appreciate some people cannot take on a full-time role and we can also consider Part time - 2-3 full days per week.
