Part-time Accounts Manager

Joining a well-established, growing company in the construction industry, the successful candidate will take on a range of day to day duties including:

  • Overseeing one report who undertakes purchase ledger and sales ledger duties
  • Cash planning
  • Project analysis - gross margin analysis and variance
  • Weekly CIS payments and reconciliation
  • VAT returns
  • Management Accounts including p&l review, Balance Sheet movements - WIP, Stock, Accruals, Prepayments and Fixed Assets
  • Monthly payroll including timesheet calculations, fuel recharges, commissions, payroll processing, pension admin, HMRC payments, p60s
  • Year end P60’s, P11ds (Van Fuel only - Basic)
  • General Accounts admin/emails etc

It would be highly beneficial if you had construction industry experience. You must have previous experience using Xero software. The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 21-25 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread.
