Part Time Accountant

Our client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Part time Accountant, minimum 28 hours per week, to join their team working on a permanent basis.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Complete VAT returns
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Day to day bookkeeping
• Dealing with any enquiries from clients via phone and email
• Providing support and assistance to junior/trainee team members
• Occasional client’s visits
• Management accounts

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident and reliable
• Be able to meet deadlines and manage their own workload
• Having experience in completing tax returns and statutory accounts is beneficial
• AAT level 4 and practice experience would also be advantageous

This role is working part time over 5 days per week.

Salary is £28,000 - £30,000 annually pro rata.

This company is located in a rural part of Tamworth, so being able to drive is essential.
