- **Location:** Reading,. Will be required to work at other community hospitals covered by the Trust.
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **End Date:** Minimum 3 months from placement
- **Working Pattern:** Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00
- **Shift Pattern:** 37.5 hours per week

**Essential Skills:**
- Registered GPhC Pharmacy Technician
- Nationally recognized ward-based skills qualification, including medicines reconciliation, patients' own drug checking, and supply of medicines
- Accuracy checking qualification
- Hospital pharmacy experience
- In-patient ward-based experience

**Desirable Skills:**
- Mental health experience
- Community health experience
