Academics Ltd are working alongside a primary school in Evesham, Worcestershire to recruit a teaching assistant with previous SEND teaching assistant experience, to join the school in March 2024 working on a part time basis, four days a week. The role will be to work full school days Monday - Thursday until the end of the Academic year

The role is working on a 1.1 basis you with a child in key stage 2 whos need is autism, the child is a bright an articulate child that requires support to ensure they are able to reach their potential with the additional 1.1 support from their teaching assistant. The school would like to appoint a teaching assistant who has a real passion for SEND and wants to make a difference, someone who can engage, motivate and encourage the child towards learning goals.
