Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting for a client based on the outskirts of Bracknell, who is seeking an Administrator to join them working on a part-time basis, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 9am -5pm.
The Administrator responsibilities include:
To make sure the site complies with its Site Licence and planning permissions.
Periodic checking of Fire boxes and organising servicing and replacement of fire extinguishers.
Arranging annual checks of park fire hydrants.
Monthly checks of First aid boxes.
Annual driving licence checks for all staff.
To assist with periodic inspections as and when that is needed.
Ensuring rules and regulations being followed.
Input into Monthly newsletter.
Answering telephone calls, emails, letters and general administration etc. that may come in on an ad hoc basis.
Any other reasonable task that may be requested.
The Administrator will have the following skills and experience
Self-motivated and driven individual able to work individually and in a wider team.
Good communication skills
Attention to detail with a good grasp of wider issues and commitment to achieving the best result.
Desire to seek continuous improvement and willingness to learn.
Must ensure works are completed to agreed standards and to agreed timelines.
Wiliness to use technology intelligently to get best results.
Willingness to put forward an opposing or alternative view to enable reaching an appropriate solution.
Need to keep accurate and easily understood notes and records.
