Vehicle Technician

Location: Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £36,800 + Excellent Benefits

Full Time / Part Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established car dealership with extensive experience representing prestigious brands and providing new and pre-owned vehicles, alongside authorised service centres.

The Role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an integral part of the aftersales function ensuring excellent service and repair for diverse motor vehicles.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and rectify identified defects.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment proficiently.
• Diagnose SRS and ABS systems.
• Complete paperwork accurately and interpret it effectively.
• Handle paperwork for used warranty and internal audits.
• Engage confidently with customers, offering sound recommendations.
• Demonstrate a friendly telephone manner and approachability.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role.
• Possess a minimum Level 2 qualification with workshop experience.
• Own a complete set of tools.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
