A fast growing, market leading Test consultancy are recruiting for a QA Business Development Manager to help them identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
The right candidate will have a thorough understanding of QA / Testing and a proven track record in sales / Business Development
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and pitch QA services and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
Market Penetration and Expansion:
- Identify opportunities to penetrate new markets or industries.
- Develop strategies to expand the company's presence within existing markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations within the QA ecosystem.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, associations, and partners.
- Explore opportunities for co-marketing, joint ventures, or cross-selling with partners.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Use market intelligence to inform sales strategies, pricing decisions, and product development.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as QA engineers, sales, marketing, and product development.
- Provide support and guidance to sales teams on QA-related matters.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of QA services to clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and business development activities.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
