Zachary Daniels is proud to represent a sustainable clothing retailer at the heart of the community they serve as they search for a part time Store Manager in one of their signature stores. Based in a desirable and accessible location, the part time Store Manager will help drive sales, footfall and company initiatives, manage essential tasks and establish processes within the store. Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional 121 customer experience within your store to ensure repeat custom.
• You will have the autonomy to manage your own targets and KPI's whilst driving sales and maximise profits.
• Managing a team that will vary in size depending on on and off peak season.
• Work collaboratively with the Regional Operations Manager to drive the store forward.
• Recruit and train colleagues in peak season to help them achieve, up skill and deliver targets.
• Organising merchandise as required and on the shop floor and the stock room.
• Resolving any customer issues and complaints quickly and efficiently whilst upholding the reputation of the business.
• Deliver good people skills with the ability to solve problems, think outside with a can-do attitude.

Set working hours:

This is a part-time 13.5 hour a week position as per the working hours and days set out below.

Tuesday- 12.30- 17.00

Wednesday- 12.30-17.00

Thursday- 12.30- 17.00

There is no weekend work required.
