Part Time Recruitment Coordinator

  • Working from an office in Northolt each day
  • Working 4hrs each day (Monday to Friday)

FLEXIBLE ON WHICH HRS you work (You can choose which hours you would like to work each day, as long as you work 4 hrs each day from an office in Northolt, in core office hrs time - between the hours of 8am and 6pm)

Salary example pro rata:

  • £30K salary would be for full time hrs, at 40hrs per week
  • However, this is a Part Time role working 20hrs per week, and so if you only work half of Full Time hours per week you will of course only get half the annual salary which would equate to £15K.

Location of offices

  • Main office for this organisation is in Northolt (You will need to work from this office 5 days a week, 4hrs a day)
  • Parking will be provided

The Role:

Providing Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Admin support to the HR Manager.

ESSENTIALLY YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE...

  • MUST have worked in a fast paced Recruitment support role in a fairly recent job that includes advertising jobs, helping to write job specs, organising interviews, searching for candidates etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will include:-

  • Providing Recruitment Coordinator and Admin support, working in a fast paced role that requires experience, reporting into the HR Manager
  • Overseeing the whole of the Recruitment process from start to finish, working in a fast paced and busy role

Compliance

  • Dealing with all Recruitment Compliance, Legal Requirements, Regulations as well as Policies and Procedures
  • Right to work checks and GDPR checks
  • Auditing various Recruitment related docs to make sure they are compliant

Candidate Attraction and Talent Acquisition

  • Organising and coordinating 1st stage and 2nd stage interviews
  • Writing job advertisements
  • Searching on Job Sites for well matched candidates
  • Utilising Social Media for Candidate Attraction
  • Attending first stage interviews with well matched candidates to ascertain their suitability
  • Updating various records including the HR Database
  • Overseeing an email inbox for the Recruitment Team
  • Creating, amending and running various employee related and HR reports
  • Liaising with Line Managers to help with the production of Job Specifications
  • Sending offer letters and Contracts
  • Dealing with references
