Actual Salary: £9,492 - £9,775

Job Type: 15 Hours per week, 36 Weeks per year

About the role:

To support students in helping them achieve their GCSE exams and functional skills qualification. The Coach is responsible for supporting the student and working and liaising closely with teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs.
  • Plan creative learning activities.
  • Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement, under the guidance of the teacher/lecturer.
  • Provide encouragement and positive motivation.
  • Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs.
  • To support the student in helping them achieve their qualification.

To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

  • A good standard of basic education (Maths and English GCSE pass or equivalent)
  • 2 to 3 A Level passes or equivalent in a relevant subject.
