Finance Manager - Part-time

Our successful, fast-growing, and ambitious client is actively seeking a Part-timeFinance Manager to take charge of all aspects of the company's finances. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing budgets, forecasts, financial statements, cost analysis, cash flow forecasting, VAT returns, and all other financial reports.

With substantial and anticipated growth on the horizon, our client is eager to enlist your expert support. Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 pro rata (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid offering (Tue/Weds/Thurs - office) - hours and days negotiable

What demonstratable skills required for this role?

  • Demonstrable experience in accounting/finance matters with proven expertise of accounting principles and practices.
  • You will be ACCA/ACA fully Qualified (part qualified considered with sufficient experience).
  • You will have advanced Excel skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience of accounting software such as SAGE.
  • You will have working knowledge of VAT, along with all HMRC requirements in terms of financial accounting and book-keeping.
  • You will be credible and professional with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have experience or preparing financial Information to present to the Board and Shareholders.
  • You will be reliable, resilient and remain calm under pressure, whilst being comfortable with the responsibility of being the company expert on all financial matters.
  • Proficient in month-end close and functional reporting.
  • Experience of debt and cashflow management.
  • Highly numerate and logical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
