Job Title: HR and Operations Manager

Location: Ipswich, UK

Part-Time (3 days a week - 2 days in the office, 1 day remote)

About The Company:

We are representing a dynamic customer experience consultancy company based in Ipswich, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions for their clients. We are seeking a talented HR and Operations Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of the organisation.

The Role:

As the HR and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. This is a part-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

Human Resources:

Manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Lead strategic HR activities, including performance reviews, training plans, and fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns from team members.
Operations:

Take charge of day-to-day office operations, ensuring a positive working environment.
Handle tasks such as purchasing office supplies, coordinating events (e.g., Christmas parties, QBR meetings), and other operational responsibilities.
Proactively identify and address office-related challenges to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
What we are looking for from you…

CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.
Proven experience in a similar HR and Operations role, with a preference for candidates who have worked within a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Confidence and assertiveness in managing HR matters and office operations.
