Administration Assistant

Please note: This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. In this position you'll be needed to work weekends and evenings. Full details of how this will work will be revealed in the interview.

The Role:

Reporting to the Assistant Clinic Manager and based in the company's Thornton Heath office, as the Administration Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of a professional, comprehensive and high quality reception service to Brigstock Skin & Laser private patients and ensure that the clinic runs smoothly within a commercial environment.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

  • Managing the patient's journey
  • Providing excellent patient care and customer services
  • Dealing with new patient enquiries and booking them for appointments

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service focus with due care, skill and diligence
  • Additional experience in administrative and reception duties
  • Further experience in using computers and databases
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently using your own initiative
  • Good organisational / planning skills
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Sales skills
  • Skills to deal effectively with telephone calls

The Package:

Basic salary: Up to £21,450 per annum (pro rata)

Overtime: You'll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role

Commission: Commission is also available if you hit your targets - full details of the scheme will be revealed on application
