Head of Finance Part time

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 p.a. for 14 hours/week (full-time equivalent £40,000 - £45,000 p.a.)

Our client is an independent charity combating domestic abuse in East Surrey. As Head of Finance, you'll provide strategic financial advice, manage finances, and support decision-making reporting into the CEO.

Head of Finance - What will I be doing?

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Grant management

Head of Finance - What experience do I need?

NB This position is restricted to female applicants in accordance with Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 (part 1).

• You will need to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Previous financial leadership experience
• Charitable sector experience desirable
• Treasury experience desirable
• Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to work with kindness, honesty and integrity at all times in line with the charity's ethos.

Holiday of 2 and a half weeks including Bank Holidays. Defined contribution pension scheme

This role will be based in the Redhill office initially with some flexibility for home working.
