What you’ll be doing…

  • Acting as the Regulatory services delivery systems Super User, liaising with service managers in monitoring and maintaining all systems used for the production of service delivery related information.
  • Ensuring core regulatory and other systems support the efficient and effective delivery of key services on a day to day basis.
  • Taking ownership of data within these systems and operational processes, ensuring compatibility with effective online access customers.
  • Working with wider teams to build a better corporate approach to effective system and data management.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with front line service providers aligning their requirements with the development and deployment of information and data management systems.
  • Providing backup for systems interrogation and information reporting cover.

You must have…

  • NVQ level 3 in an IT discipline, or equivalent.
  • Experience of system administration ensuring users, suppliers and customer’s needs are met.
  • Experience of developing and implementing administration processes, introducing and developing IT systems, and reviewing and improving business processes using project management principles.
  • Experience of understanding customer requests and providing a highly efficient service.
  • Experience of monitoring and managing system performance to align with service/strategic objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to utilise universal data interrogation tools such as crystal reports or CorVu / CorBusiness to extract key data from systems.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the benefit and application of electronic workflow and document management solutions and how these integrate with core databases.
