Administrator

An Administrator is required to join a small manufacturing business in the Wednesbury area. An office-based role, working Monday - Friday, with hours to be mutually agreed between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.

As the Administrator you will be -

  • Sales order processing and management
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Handling incoming calls and queries
  • Producing invoices, handling invoice and order queries
  • Liaising with production, ensuring orders will be completed on time
  • Completing associated transport administration
  • Stock management, stationery management and monitoring of health & safety procedures
  • Using Excel daily, including VLookUps
  • Supporting in general administration as required

Ideally for this role you will have experience of -

  • Working for a manufacturing/engineering company
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel experience, including VLookUps
  • Any prior experience with Xero would be beneficial
  • Confident ability to work alone and manage workload independently
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Hours of work of Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (flexible to work part-time approx. 30 hours per week)

  • Paying £11.50 - 13.00p/h
