Registered Fostering Manager

salary up to £63,000 per annum

NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Kent area, in order to help them recruit for a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be part of a well established Independent fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a very stable team made out of about 8 very experienced Supervising Social Workers and some admin workers too.

The service is not very large, it has about 40 foster carers with around 50 children in their care.

The Registered Fostering Manager will have the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Benefits:

- good salary package - between £50,000 to £63,000 per annum depending on experience

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager or a Deputy Manager and if you have experience in fostering. You must have a very good understanding of the fostering legislation and National Minimum Standards. You will also need a Social Work England registration.
