Part time Supervising Social Worker (4 days)

salary package up to £41,000 per annum (pro rata)

NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Kent area on a permanent basis.

This is a part time role, for 4 days per week, allowing you to have more time free and a better work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will hold a caseload of up to 8 families across Kent, providing supervision and support. This is hybrid working and the office is in Whitstable.

Benefits:

- good salary package - up to £41,000 all together (£36,000 salary + £5,000 car allowance)

- small caseload (8 foster carers)

- very good annual leave - 30 days (pro-rata) + 8 bank holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year are usually gifted to the Social Workers by the Director.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a looked after children team or child protection. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
