Claims Support Assistant

We are looking for a Claims Support Assistant. You will possess good administration skills, if you have previous legal experience then this would be advantageous but not a requirement. What is required is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Purpose of Role: To provide administrative support to the Casualty claims and Litigation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up new claims
• Form completion
• Collating necessary investigation documents from within the business
• Some telephone work
• Assisting team members with generic administrative tasks as and when required, both pre and post-litigation.

Technical Skills:

• Administrative experience
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to prioritise work, keep to deadlines, and work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Meeting targets
