Personal Assistant - Russian Speaking

We are on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a successful female High Net Worth Individual. This role primarily involves assistance within the personal sphere, with potential for expansion into professional areas. It requires a candidate capable of ensuring discretion, demonstrating acute attention to detail, and efficiently handling household management and administrative tasks. The perfect fit for this role would be someone with a positive outlook, superior communication skills, and the adaptability to manage diverse responsibilities, whether working remotely or on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organise the principal's schedule, including appointments, meetings, restaurant bookings and events.
- Arrange all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and crafting detailed itineraries.
- Translate documents between English and Russian as needed.
- Oversee financial responsibilities, such as managing bills, payroll, tracking budgets.
- Support with household management, recruitment and coordination of staff, contractors, and overseeing maintenance.
- Assist with childcare arrangements and other related variety of tasks.
- Handle personal shopping requests, from daily essentials to specific purchases.
- Develop and manage documents and reports for both personal and business purposes. Filing.
- Organise events and gatherings.
- Provide support and assistance during meetings or events as necessary.
- Tackle ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the principal's goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all communications and correspondence.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven relevant experience, preferably as a Personal Assistant.
- Good degree level education (UK degree is an advantage).
- Have a right to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Speak and write both fluent Russian and fluent English (IELTS at 7.5 or an equivalent).
- Have advanced level of IT literacy: knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to touch type, experience of formatting documents.
- Have exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
- Possess outstanding prioritisation skills and the capability to proactively anticipate needs.
- Have an action oriented and proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and strive for perfection in all job-related tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required.
