The Oakwood Clinic seeks a Treatment Coordinator to welcome new patients. This role is pivotal in first impressions, requiring positivity, empowerment, and a drive to exceed expectations. You'll onboard new patients, manage consultations, and handle both new and old leads, among other duties, ensuring a positive impact on revenue and patient satisfaction.

The Oakwood Clinic are making significant investments, with a third clinical chair, new X-ray room and decontamination currently under construction. Your impact:

Directly responsible for onboarding new patients and driving revenue in the business

Day to day roles may include but not limited to:

  • New patient consultations
  • Taking clinical records including photographs and iteroscans (experience desirable although training can be given)
  • Following up new leads
  • Chasing up old leads
  • Lead administration (capturing patient information into CRM)
  • Post treatment administration- including sending before and after photos to patients and referring dentists
  • Willing to cover nursing/decontamination when needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in clinic administrative functions
  • Commitment to personal and team excellence
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience taking clinical records including itero scanning and clinical photography (training can be provided, although experience is desirable)

Working hours, salary range, perks and bonus scheme

  • You will be given trust, autonomy and flexibility to do your work
  • This is initially a part time role (20-30 hours per week), with a view to increasing hours as the practice gets busier.
  • This is a permanent role
  • This can be a hybrid role (opportunity to work from home and in the practice)
  • From £30000 per year basic full-time salary equivalent
  • You will enjoy an annual performance related bonus linked to conversions and exceeding patient expectations
  • 20 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (based on full-time equivalent)
