Our client is a well-established firm of Solicitors looking for someone to work part-time in their accounts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including:
Inputting BACS/CHAPS payments
Checking completion statements
Entering data onto systems and posting
Closing down client files and all associated processes
Printing cheques
Banking
Allocating incoming funds
Bank reconciliations
Dealing with online bills and posting on to systems
Dealing with all Legal aid and all associated administration
The firm are ideally looking for someone to work circa 21 hours per week over 3 days, with one of these days ideally being a Monday. Any previous experience undertaking accounts within the legal sector would be highly beneficial but not essential.
