HR Administrator (Part-Time)

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a dynamic role in a higher education setting? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join the team on a part-time basis, 18 hours per week (flexible on the days), in a permanent position. This office-based role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

General administrative tasks to support HR operations.

Participate in recruitment and selection processes.

Take charge of onboarding and induction procedures for new hires.

Ensure timely preparation and logging of payroll instructions.

Assist with annual reviews and development initiatives.

Create monthly reports to track HR metrics and performance.

Maintain and update the HR database with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an HR Administrator is essential.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
