Helpline Operator (16 hours)

Hours: 16 hours weekly, to cover all shifts including evenings, weekends and nights. The times and durations of work hours will vary.

Salary: £23,256.46 per annum (£9,804.08 pro rata)

The Helpline offers individual’s time to discuss their worries, stresses and concerns in complete confidence with members of the Helpline team who will listen in a non-judgmental capacity whilst also showing empathy towards their needs. The Helpline Administrator will support the helpline team members in providing information and support to individuals within a safe and confidential environment. This will be done via various methods of communication including the use of :-

  • Telephone 
  • Email
  • Text  
  • The use of IMS (internet messaging services)
