Team Supervisor

Michelle Denny Recruitment is once again happily working alongside Lexham Insurance in Diss, Norfolk. We’re searching for a Team Supervisor for their brand-new ‘twilight’ team, where the working hours are 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. This newly created position carries a negotiable annual starting salary of £26,000 pro rata, plus additional commissions on top.
 
This renowned organisation is dedicated on providing exceptional customer service and fostering a supportive work culture where every team member is valued. In the position of Team Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service while leading and motivating your new team.
 
Managing a small team of around six sales advisors, you’ll be:

• Supporting them to collectively reach their goals, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer support and meet performance targets
• Deal with issues and problems referred by your team
• Maintain accurate records of individual performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics
• Help train and develop each member of staff to reach their potential and shine within their role

You don’t need to have experience within the insurance industry but what you will need is experience within people management, ideally from a customer service environment.
