Role Overview

Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in a small, friendly, independent, family-run Care Provider? Join Beaumont Home Care as either a Part-Time or Full Time Care Assistant and become a crucial part of our professional care team. Your role involves providing outstanding care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Administer medication following care plans and relevant guidelines.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful activities with our senior clients.
• Assist seniors with mobility, transfers, and the use of assistive devices as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead by example within our established professional care team

Qualifications / Skills

• Previous experience in a Care Assistant role is desirable but in no way essential
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
• Compassionate patient nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and or independently

Additional Requirements:

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend Availability: Required two weekends each month.
• Transportation: Own reliable vehicle required with a valid UK Driving Licence.
• Work Eligibility: Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
