Our client is a long-established and prominent brand in the construction, engineering and civil engineering sector in the UK.  As part of their continued commitment to their industry, and in support of their members and partners, they immediately require a professional to maintain and development existing relationships.

The Package

£21-23K Basic salary, car allowance and expenses.
25 days annual leave and comprehensive benefits package.

Location

The part-time role is remote - home and field-based, with occasional time at a regional office.  Yorkshire & Eastern region (ideal locations would be York, Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Hull or close)

The Role

The membership manager role is focused on supporting, developing and growing relationships our client has with members in the construction, engineering and civil engineering sectors across the UK.  It includes:

• Building strong partnerships with existing members and attracting new members and partners.
• Ongoing engagement via phone, online and face-to-face meetings across the region.
• Active involvement and communication with commercial members and partners.
• Positive engagement with higher education establishments and groups.
• Enabling professional development by facilitating effective training and support programmes.
• Working with my client's marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency of message.

The Person Needed

To offer effective support, guidance and development to industry professionals, our client is looking for:

• A degree level qualification - preferably within a related field i.e. construction, engineering, civil engineering.
• A genuine interest in UK infrastructure and associated professional fields.
• Open and confident communication skills and the desire to be part of a passionate committed team.
• My client is open to consider applications from a variety of career backgrounds e.g. sales, marketing, contracting, engineering, project management etc.
