Salary: £12 per hour + Benefits!
Contract: Part Time, Permanent - One Day a Week (Any day of your choice!)

We are now searching for a dedicated individual to fulfill the role of Property & Facilities Maintenance Person to support our wider Maintenance Team.

As our Property and Facilities Maintenance Person you will be responsible for:

• Changing light bulbs and ensuring all fixtures and fittings are in optimal working condition.
• Performing minor repairs such as fixing broken locks, filling wall gaps, and addressing other maintenance issues.
• Conducting minor plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Clearing and cleaning general areas to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Maintaining the property exterior through activities like painting, weed removal, and rubbish collection.
• Performing minor maintenance on doors and windows.
• Living locally, possessing reliable transportation, and owning essential tools.

Additional Duties Include:

• Clearing and tidying the yard for enhanced safety and aesthetics.
• Undertaking hedge cutting and strimming during the summer months.
• Collecting bearers and offcut timbers from various workshop areas.
