Our client, a well-established Building Surveying firm, based in the Enfield, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on insurance reinstatement, dealing with the refurbishment of re-building of properties which have been damaged by floods, fire, etc.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role. The candidate should be chartered however this role is also open to candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance market will also be considered. The candidate will need to hold a full driving licence and be happy to travel to projects as required.

• Ideally a member of MRICS or looking to becoming chartered

• Salary: £35k - £65k DOE
• Profit related bonus scheme with no upper limit - Achieved 14%-22% in recent years.
