Lead Physiotherapist

We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team as our Lead Therapist to ensure that the delivery of Occupational and Physiotherapy services to all residents who have diverse and complex needs. Working alongside a multidisciplinary Neurocare team upholding the values of Inspire Neurocare.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll responsible and accountable for physiotherapy assessments and treatment of highly complex neurological conditions.
  • Participate in collecting and analysing clinical audit data and use of relevant outcome measure, carry out clinical risk assessments and complete risk management plans.
  • Advise on mobility and manual handling devices and positioning equipment for residents, and document recommendations and guidance accordingly.
  • Identify and source specialist equipment for all residents with complex physical needs; ensuring all therapy equipment is well maintained, clean and safe to use.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

  • Experience of a specialist neurological care environment.
  • Possess relevant qualifications to work as a physiotherapist.
  • Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals
  • Excellent verbal communicating skills to clearly share information with patients and fellow employees.
  • Strong analytical skills to correctly diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment programs
