Our client is a small, friendly company who are seeking an experienced Self-employed Bookkeeper to help take over the accountancy function of the business. You will be responsible for:
Bank reconciliations
Dealing with all ledger work
Invoicing
Monitoring company cashflow
Credit control
Bringing VAT returns in house
Bringing payroll function in house and running a small monthly payroll
Use of Xero software
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 5-10 hours per week, ideally someone who is used to taking on clients on a self-employed basis and is confident setting up processes to work efficiently. Previous use of Xero software would be highly beneficial.
