A UK-based, customer-centric manufacturer of food is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to manage the daily operational relationship with the 3PL partner to ensure that all SLA's are met. You will lead the business to make sure that they deliver a first-class service to all their customers. The business operates a B2B and D2C model and this role will enhance its offerings to its customers. It is an exciting time to join the business as it is undergoing change and growth.

As the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of the 3PL partner.
• Support all ongoing Operational Improvement projects.
• Continually strive for Operational efficiency's including Supply Chain and Customer care.
• Stock management: Ensuring that the 3PL has all the stock required to meet order all orders.
• To work with the wider business to understand seasonal fluctuations, promotions, product launches, and more and to then ensure that the Operations support this.

To be successful within the role you will have:

• Proven experience of working within FMCG/retail operations within the Supply Chain.
• Experience in the effective management of a 3PL.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence.
• Strong WMS knowledge and the ability to analyse data, ideally within SAP.
