Are you a passionate and innovative Commercial Solicitor/Lawyer seeking a unique role that breaks free from legal stereotypes? Our client, a dynamic boutique commercial law firm located in Birmingham, is on the lookout for a like-minded individual to join their ambitious team.

About the Role:

• Employed, Part-Time with Growth Potential: Initially 16 to 20 hours per week, this role offers flexibility and full-time potential.
• Hybrid or remote Work: Enjoy location flexibility, ideally within a couple of hours' travel time from Birmingham, the firm's head office.
• £55,000 - £60,000 Salary: Pro rata plus individual bonus and full Employee Benefits Package

Job Description Highlights:

• Manage clients' day-to-day legal needs, advising senior teams, and providing general legal support.
• Demonstrate excellent technical drafting skills.

The Ideal Candidate: Our client seeks an individual with a combination of analytical and enthusiastic idea-driven traits. Are you analytical, systematic, and task-oriented, while also being personable and energetic, and an idea person? This role is perfect for you.

• You will be able to work autonomously and efficiently plus great at working within a team and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
• You will have excellent technical drafting skills and take pride in going above and beyond for clients and colleagues.
• You will be comfortable in providing advice in a wider commercial context.
• You will have a knack for providing legal advice that is easy to understand, we loathe legal jargon.
• You need to be flexible and adaptable. We are a young growing company and things can change quickly. You need to be ok with that.

Requirements of the Corporate Solicitor role:

You must be a UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with ideally three plus years' post-qualified experience, although if you think you fit the bill, we welcome you to apply even if you are not three years post-qualification.
