Administrative Assistant

Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in Marlborough on the recruitment of an Administrative Assistant. This is a newly created role in the organisation, to directly support the Finance Director and wider Finance team.

This role can be considered on either a full-time, or part-time basis and will be fully office based, with plenty of free parking available.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Finance Director with all diary management, arranging meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Collating documentation for internal meetings and circulating to all attendees.
  • Acting as a 1st point of contact for guests to the building, providing hospitality where required.
  • Maintaining internal administrative systems and databases.
  • Other administrative tasks as necessary, including supporting the finance team.

Your Profile:

  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills are essential for this role.
  • A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • A flexible, 'can-do' approach to work.

In return, the salary on offer is up to £33,000 dependant on experience plus 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), a very generous pension contribution of 12%, free lunch, parking and access to a gym.
