Marketing Manager

Part-time, permanent position (20-25 hours per week)

Location: Hybrid working, Office is based in Warwick

Salary: £40-45k FTE per annum depending upon experience

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to come in and help shape the marketing strategy inline with our growth ambitions. The role will cover all channels and activities around brand awareness, employee brand and sector specific campaigns.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for overseeing all Marketing activities.

The Company:

Aztec Solar Energy Ltd has over 30 years’ experience in the energy services sector, working with businesses across various sectors to design, finance, install, optimise and assist in getting the maximum benefit from their solar PV system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and deliver a marketing plan across all mediums and platforms. This includes specific sector targeted marketing.

• We want to create a multi layered marketing plan covering everything from Brand Awareness, employee brand, market/technical publications, sectors specific content
• Liaise with agencies and 3rd parties in order to deliver the annual plan.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and customer preferences.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Identify areas of marketing innovation in support of the wider business and its Corporate Strategy and Growth plan.
• Create and manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently, including identifying and working with external providers.
• Social Media content management
• Website management
• Research the Solar PV industry and associated industries for best practice.
• Management and generation of ongoing SEO activity

Required Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to analyse processes for effectiveness and adjust appropriately.
• Ability to operate strategically in a commercial environment.
• Competent IT skills (Required)
• Graphic Design skills (Desired)
• Be able to travel when required, including attendance at the office and key events and exhibitions. (Required)
