Our client is a well-established company in central Havant who are seeking an Administrator to assist them on a temporary basis, with good potential to become a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answering incoming phone calls, directing queries and liaising with clients
Rescheduling appointments
Booking equipment needed for future work
Organising office paperwork and filing
General administration, updating databases
Liaising with other employees, giving them notice of schedules, etc
The company would love to hear from you if you are available immediately or at short notice and have some previous office administration experience and are comfortable speaking with clients via phone / email. They can consider those looking for hours circa 25-37 hours per week. This company is related to construction and so previous experience in this sector could be beneficial but not essential.
