Administrator 

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our client's expanding team.

In this role you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the business unit ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Maintaining accurate training records/timesheets and expenses of all employees and contractors.
  • Ensuring that all tasks and services are completed correctly and on schedule
  • Assist with the management of lease vehicles including company cars, commercial vans and fuel cards.
  • Costing and processing using the invoice system
  • Assisting the team with any administrative tasks as required
  • Managing and resolving any queries or problems that may arise

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. It is essential that you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and experience working with finance software is highly desirable.

No qualifications are required for this role, and complete job training will be provided.

Hours: 10:00am – 14:00pm Monday – Friday
