The Support Worker role:

We are looking for Support Workers (full and part time) to join our dedicated team supporting four amazing people living in one of OLPA’s registered homes in Melksham.                     

As a Support Worker you will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care. You will need to interact and promote dignity and respect at all times. Promoting independence by assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal care, accessing the community and supporting with leisure activities is an essential part of the role.

No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer theirSupport Worker:

• £20,375 pa (full time)
• £60 per sleep in pay
• A comprehensive induction package incorporating the Care Certificate, all mandatory training and Diploma as well as a wide variety of in house and external training
• Commitment and support with ongoing training

• 30 days holiday (rising to 35 days)

As our Support Worker youwill need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends and bank holidays.
