We're seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our lovely client as a Part-Time Office/Finance Administrator, working 3 days, 8am-5pm over Monday to Thursday.

What You'll Do:

• Provide essential support to our esteemed accountant with a range of basic finance administrative duties.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
• Help with processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing expense reports.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

What We're Looking For:
A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and numbers.

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred, but not required. Fresh graduates or those looking to gain experience in finance are welcome to apply!
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic accounting software is a plus.
