An established Wealth Management Company are looking to recruit a further individual who enjoys working within Financial Services and would relish working in a friendly supportive office environment. The position would support the financial advisory & paraplanning team who provide excellent bespoke advice across Investment Management, Pension, Tax and Estate Planning. The business is built on strong long term relationships and the high quality service the team provides.

Specifics of the role will include -

  • Manage client administration, documentation and the processing of new business applications, ensuring all systems are updated.
  • Work closely with the paraplanning team ensuring clients are updated and managed professionally at all times.
  • Conduct research and analysis to help with the production of technical client reports to be presented to clients. Gain a strong understanding of products and advice areas, advancing your knowledge and capabilities.
  • Ensure advice is documented and all internal processes are followed within company and wider regulatory guidelines.
  • Liaise with third party providers, partners and investment platforms ensuring information, documentation, transfers and transactions are all managed and carried out as expected.
  • Help with office improvements, be confident in making suggestions and contribute ideas as part of the positive team ethos.
  • Maintain contact with clients, resolve queries, direct enquiries and manage the relationship in a professional manner.
  • Help consultants with diary management and organise meetings.
  • Manage the database ensuring client details are correct and updated.
  • Work as a productive part of your team, managing objectives and ensuring best levels of client management are maintained.

This role could be offered to a variety of experience levels and all applications will be considered. You may already have existing financial services experience and be looking to work in a positive office environment. You could be someone looking to progress your financial services knowledge in a supportive office environment, or you could be someone with strong administrative skills looking to start and develop a career in financial services.
