A Logistics Admin Assistant is needed to join a market-leading lingerie and swimwear e-tailer on a part-time basis. This is a part-time hybrid role. 20 hours a week, spilt over 5 days, 10am til 3pm.

Working closely with the Assistant Buyer, the Logistics Admin Assistant will enjoy a varied role that includes coordinating shipments, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, checking all product labelling, and providing administrative support to the buying team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organised, have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

To qualify...You could be a Logistics Admin Assistant / Logistics Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator / Order Fulfilment Assistant / Logistics Administrator or similar, we don't mind, as long as your CV demonstrates:

• Experience in logistics or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
