Sales Office Administrator

We are looking for a confident communicator who is courteous and professional, able to work and contribute within a small team, and possessing an eye for attention to detail. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will become an integral part of our client’s team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders onto our Sage.
  • Daily invoicing of previous day’s dispatches.
  • Liaising with customers regarding their order progression.
  • Liaising with Production on customer order lead times.
  • General office duties.
  • Covering for Dispatch Administrator using carriers/distribution companies’ software, preparing of necessary paperwork.
  • Flexibility to cover others on holiday leave or similar.
  • Working within a small efficient multi-functional team

On-the-job training given by experienced staff members on procedures and systems.
