Job Title: Legal Administration Assistant

Location: Hull

Salary: £22,308 per annum based on full time hours

Working Pattern: Full Time/Part time

Start date: Mid April 2024

Responsibilities:

  • Action incoming correspondence and respond to messages
  • Contact customers, clients and lenders
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with data input and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Conduct research and administrative tasks as required
  • Update of case manager computer systems
  • Work towards the achievement of monthly completion targets whilst maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Up to date IT knowledge
