My client is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.
Requirements:
CIPD level 3/4
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
